If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of our site and refrain from purchasing our products. MaxxChair reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Product Information

MaxxChair strives to provide accurate descriptions of products, including materials, dimensions, and features. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. Images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product appearance may vary.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Taka and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. All payments are processed through secure channels.
• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order placed email. You need to pay 10% of the order value to confirm the order. Without a 10% advance, the order will not be confirmed and will not be ready for delivery. You will receive an order confirmation email after paying the advance or full payment. This email serves as proof of your purchase.
• Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process if needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on your location.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6. Warranty

MaxxChair offers a limited warranty on its products, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Warranty periods vary depending on the product model. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Warranty Claim Procedure & Service Conditions

• Within Dhaka:
  If a customer raises a valid warranty claim within Dhaka, MaxxChair will arrange for a technician visit for inspection. If the inspection determines that the issue is major and the product needs to be sent to the factory for repair or part replacement, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs, including both sending and return transportation.

• Outside Dhaka:
  For customers located outside Dhaka, the product must be sent to the factory by the customer at their own expense to avail warranty service.

• Parts Replacement Option:
  If a customer chooses not to send the full product and requests only parts replacement, the defective parts must be sent to the factory first. Once the defective parts are received and verified, replacement parts will be dispatched.

• Unauthorized Repairs:
  Please note that if the customer replaces any parts themselves or through a third-party technician without prior written authorization from MaxxChair, the warranty will be considered void.

For warranty claims or assistance, customers must contact MaxxChair customer support with proof of purchase before proceeding with any repair or shipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

MaxxChair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to the value of the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MaxxChair’s website, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of MaxxChair and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
